Refund and Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order, as our inventory is extremely limited and our store is not open to the public.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?
If you receive an incorrect item, we are happy to assist. Please contact us at sortirbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product received. We will review the case and provide instructions for resolution. We do not offer replacements or refunds for incorrect orders without prior contact and approval.
RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is returned to us (e.g., due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. We are not obligated to reship returned packages unless the reshipping fee is paid. Returned items will not be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are also not liable for any lost, delayed, unclaimed, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
UNPAID TAXES OR DUTIES:
If your package is returned due to unpaid taxes or customs fees, a refund will not be issued. Please ensure that you are aware of and prepared to pay any applicable import costs.
